The company and how it works
The company was founded in 2015 in Conegliano, a historic city of wine, which in recent years has become, together with Valdobbiadene, a sparkling wine center as well as a symbol of Prosecco. In fact it is here that this wine was born, today it has become the most sold in the world. It is therefore halfway between the Dolomites and Venice, thus enjoying a windy climate that helps the cultivation of the vine.
The idea of the company stems from the desire to make sustainable agriculture, respecting the environment, using the integrated production system, weeding mechanically and not chemically, and minimizing water consumption thanks to precision systems.
The lands that make up the company surface, all adjacent to rivers, have silty characteristics, thus giving the earth a rich mixture that gives important nutrients to the vines.
Where vegan prosecco are born
Prosecco originates from the north-east of Italy, and ranges between Veneto and Friuli.
However, it was born in a much smaller area, between the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. In fact, here is the historic and hilly area, called DOCG. Around this area there is instead the flat area of the DOC.

This wine is the driest of the Prosecchi family, suitable for those who prefer a sparkling wine with a decidedly not sweet taste. Ideal to combine with raw fish or shellfish.
Prosecco Doc Treviso Brut
Prosecco Doc Treviso Brut is a dry sparkling wine, suitable for those who prefer a slightly sweet taste. It is a fresh and light wine, ideal for a relaxing aperitif at the end of the day.
