Our chef and director of our Showrooms Mr. Nicola Fiorentini and his staff will be very happy to explain the recipes and how he makes his dishes based on the traditional Italian recipes that change from north to south Italy.

Nicola attended one of the most important hotel schools in Italy which is located in Veneto (Il Maffioli)
