He produces and selects on his own land, between the provinces of Ancona and Pesaro-Urbino, the purest variety of spelt, the “Triticum dicoccum Monterosso Select” of which he obtained from the Ministry of Agricultural Policy the Plant Seed Patent.
It has a specialized plant for the transformation of the cereal, providing cleaning, peeling and beading, up to the production of 100% spelt flour obtained with a stone mill, ensuring accurate control of the entire supply chain.
This special spelt organic and selected, is among the products recognized Typical of the Marche Region.

To date they are in organic conversion and from 2022 they will have the certificate of Protected Designation of Origin.
Their properties extend over various territories in the north of Bari, of which 3.00 hectares and about 670 Coratina olive trees for the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Bio Cosmetics.
The extraction methods are cold through mechanical procedures such as not to undergo any type of organoleptic variation of the product, moreover the organic cosmetics is produced from their EVO oil and entrusted to a partner company for the transformation and production of products for the skin. all based on natural extracts.
