1. Who can use Pay Later?
You must be a UK resident, over 18 and have a valid payment card to use Pay Later. When we say “valid payment card”, we mean the card must be in your name and must not have expired. You should also make sure that the card you use has enough cash available to cover your payment.
Pay Later is a credit product. It is up to us to decide whether or not to enter into a credit agreement with you.

You must be a UK resident, over 18 years old and have a valid payment card to use Pay in 3. When we say ‘valid payment card’, we mean the card must be in your name, and must not have expired. You should also make sure the card you use has enough money available to cover all the instalments.Â

What happens if I make a return with Macrigi?
If you return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue a new declaration as soon as the Macrigi team processes your return. Follow Macrigi’s return instructions and make sure you keep the tracking number of your return. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a Return” to have your statement paused. As soon as Macrigi has registered your return, we will send you a corrected invoice.
There is something wrong with my order, do I still have to pay it?
There is no need to pay for damaged, broken or faulty goods that you have received. Follow Macrigi’s dispute instructions and be sure to “Report a Problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement until you have resolved the dispute with Macrigi. As soon as Macrigi has registered your cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
I did not receive my order. What happens to my declaration?
There is no need to pay your statement until you have received your order. Contact Macrigi for an update on delivery. Make sure you log into your Klarna account and “Report a Problem” to pause your statement until you have received your order.
My statement is incorrect. What should I do?
If your statement does not match your order details, please contact Macrigi directly for a correction of your statement. Make sure you log into your Klarna account and “Report a Problem” to pause your statement until the details are corrected.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order. Pay in 30 days?
Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. Klarna will notify you before payment is due to remind you to pay on time. You will not be charged any fees or interest for late and / or missed repayments. Your credit score will not be affected by using Klarna’s “Pay in 30 Days” product even if you are unable to pay on time. If you do not make a payment, you will be in default and may not be able to use the service in the future. If you are not paying for your purchase, Klarna may contact an external debt collection agency to collect on our behalf. Debt collection agencies are used as a last resort.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order. Pay in 3 installments?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your second installment from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make an additional attempt to automatically collect the payment 7 days later and again 7 days later. If this last payment attempt fails, Klarna will add the unsuccessful amount to your final installment. Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your final installment from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout.
