Some items available on Macrigi.co.uk are subject to age restrictions.

By placing an order for one of these items, you declare that you are at least 18 years old. These elements must be used responsibly and appropriately.

Delivered by national and international couriers:
The Courier will deliver an item subject to age restrictions to the address indicated on the shipping label, but this may include receiving a commercial building.

We take our responsibility in connection with the sale of age-restricted items extremely seriously. Upon delivery, a valid identity document with photograph and a signature of the recipient will be required for all customers. Delivery to a designated neighbor, locker, collection point or secure location are not available for these items. If the recipient is not yet 18 years of age and cannot show a valid ID with photo, the item will be returned to Macrigi for return the next day.

If your order is delivered to a commercial address or a residential condominium, the receptionist, concierge or post office clerk who receives your parcel, must provide a valid photo ID, indicating that he has at least 18 years old.
