The capocollo is a salami created with the part of the pig between the head and the loin. PRESERVATIVE FREE WITHOUT LACTOSE, GLUTEN AND COLORING.

Ingredients: Pork meat, salt, natural flavorings (sweet pepper powder, pepper, wild fennel seeds).

Weight: 0.250gr approx (packaged in vacuum slices)
