Delicious sauce made with PDO pecorino,

sheep’s milk ricotta, and fresh,

diced Italian tomatoes.

Gluten free.

Tomato  (passata, double concentrate),

diced tomato ,

onion,

sheep’s ricotta  (whey, milk, salt, rennet),

sunflower oil,

Pecorino Romano D.O.P.  (sheep’s milk, salt, lamb rennet),
salt,

concentrated lemon juice,

extra virgin olive oil,

garlic.
