The burrata is excellent accompanied with a few slices of tomato like in a caprese,

dressed with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
It is also ideal to be tasted with the typical Capocollo.
The ideal Wine ROSÈ IGP SALENTO to drink together must be dry white, with a fruity aroma.
