The Bergamot harvest takes place from November to January 30th

Very similar in shape and color to a classic lemon, but at the same time very different. Flowering takes place between November and March and the color when ripe is yellow. Extremely versatile in cooking and medicine

A box of bergamot weighs about 7kg (minimum order 1 box)

We inform you that when an organic harvest is carried out, a selection is made between first and second choice.
The first organic choice is rigorously selected for size, color and free from harvesting defects.
The second organic choice is: A selection of various sizes, may present alterations in the color of the peel, dents due to harvesting done in the traditional way. (In this category it is possible to request a quote with a discount of up to 50% of the market price)
