We carefully select wheat by collaborating with local farms, following them in all stages of wheat growth, from sowing to harvest.
With the obtained semolina we produce a superior quality artisanal pasta by drying it at low temperatures for more than 18 hours.
The result is a pasta with an incomparable flavor and aroma, suitable for any type of seasoning.
